Q: What is number of maximum people allowed in the pod

A: The pod can hold up to 8 people (including children)

Q: How long are the time slots

A: The pod hire is for 2 1/2 hours. If you can book multiple slots on a day if you would like longer in the pod

Q: What menus are available

A: Our A La Carte menu is available all day including the tapas menu. Afternoon tea is available for the first two time slots 12-2.30 and 3-5.30

Q: Are you able to decorate the pod

A: You are more than welcome to bring in balloons, bunting, table centre pieces. However we do not allow table confetti

Q: Are children allowed in the Pod

A: Yes, children are allowed to be included within guest numbers for the pod

Q: Are dogs allowed in the Pod

A: Yes, we allow well behaved dogs in the pod. However please be aware there may be a cleaning charge for an incidents.

Terms and Conditions

  • Pod bookings will require full payment for the ‘hire fee’ at the time of booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE and is a HIRE CHARGE (not to be used against food or drink).
  • All pod hires are for 2 and a half hour period.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late to your agreed time the booking may be cancelled, we cannot add on time you are late to the overall time.
  • Timings cannot be extended on the day and you will have needed to exit the pod by your agreed finish time.
  • We are unable to accept any third-party vouchers such as Groupon or Buy a Gift towards any dining options.
  • For booking more than 1 time slot please speak directly to our events team.
  • For drinking parties not dining there is a minimum spend of £150.00.
  • We ask that you respect the pod by not de-facing the furniture and structure.
  • Upon arrival a Pre-Authorisation will be completed for security reasons. Upon departure a check of the pod is completed and if anything has been broken or stolen then you will be charged to the card via the Pre-Authorisation.
  • The pod is thoroughly cleaned between each booking to comply with all COVID-19 guidelines.
  • We can only seat a maximum of 8 people in the pod.
  • Vouchers are available to buy for gifts and presents.
  • Music – a speaker is provided which guests are welcome to use via their Bluetooth throughout the duration of their experience.
  • Please ensure you are booking inline with the government guidelines regarding table sizes for indoor bookings.
